And that is where our Optional Managed Services solution will help you out. Thanks to it, your VPS server will be entered in our custom–built server managing system, which will keep track of all the essential tasks. And in the event of any service crash, our skilled server admins will be informed automatically and they will fix the trouble as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Manually backing up a Linux Virtual Private Server isn’t the easiest procedure in the world. You will either need to use a different server or your PC, alternatively arrange a third–party solution. Our company offers a much simpler and easier alternative with our Optional Managed Services offer. We will make a complete backup of your virtual server on a weekly basis, so you never have to be afraid of losing essential data. Plus, we can always restore a backup copy very fast. All backups we make are saved on a special machine with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a Linux Virtual Private Server, you have total freedom to install any script or service on your it. However, some scripts are harder to install and might require some additional setup from you. That is where our Optional Managed Services package can come in real handy. It includes half an hour of installation & troubleshooting duties – it means that you can basically hire one of our trained server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation process of any kind of software program that you want. And/or have him take care of an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Managed Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ Linux Virtual Private Servers and is an add–on for the KVM Linux Virtual Private Servers.
